Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 day if they wish to. And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 5-6 working days. Products can be returned within 10 days from the day of delivery, after this period also customers can contact us and discuss for a refund or exchange depending upon their reasons.
Incase you would like to return the product and get a refund, you will need to send an email within 7 working days of receiving the product to our official email firstname.lastname@example.org with all your order details. For any other query you can also call us on the phone number +91 9818 370 627. Please return the product in its original delivered form, as damaged products will not be accepted in returns. The Return Address is mentioned in the Contact Us section of our website.
Please note that all products on sale or using any discount code, are non refundable but can be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all original Vittore packaging and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, or altered may not be accepted.
Please email email@example.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without Vittore tags. Please include initial order delivery forms to be able to find the same in our system with ease.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product or another style of the same MRP, subject to availability.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
