Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to. And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. Products can be returned within 24 hours from the day of delivery, after this period returns maybe charged for damaged products.
Incase you would like to return the product and get a refund, you will need to send an email within 24 hours to our official email firstname.lastname@example.org with all your order details. For any other query you can also call us on the phone number listed in our Contact us section. Please return the product in its original delivered form at your own cost of shipping to the address mentioned in the Contact Us section.
We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
Please note that all products on sale or using any discount code, are non refundable/exchangable. The offer coupon is only valid once, and doesn’t apply on the exchange of any product.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all APRERÉ packaging and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Please email email@example.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without APRERÉ tags. Unidentified returns sent may be returned to the sender and/or not accepted.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product or another style of the same MRP, subject to availability.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
